Biggest Trends for 2018
If you are anything like me, you always do a search at the start of the year for what new looks we have to look forward to! So let me save you some searching and breakdown some of the hairstyles and colors hair experts are predicting we will soon be seeing everywhere Spring 2018!
Curly Shag:
Natural texture has been having a comeback for awhile! With it being more and more about letting your curls and waves show through, instead of trying so hard to tame them down. Lots of layering is the perfect way to really highlight the body in the hair.

Nirvana Blond
Named after rocker Kurt Cobain's signature rooted blonde hair, this is a new take on the going lighter trend that has been big for the last year. It is a softer, more lived in approach in contrast to the high upkeep of platinum shades. Honey Blondes are also having a moment. Ellen Wille has a wide range of beautiful natural blondes that will give you this exact look from Champagne Rooted to Caramel Rooted to Sandy Blonde Rooted.

Curtain Bangs
Every season we question if we should try bangs, and the answer this Spring is Yes! However, longer bangs are in. Which is great because you have the ability to easily shift them around. Think hair inspiration Bridget Bardot!
Jon Renau Camilla in Midnight Cocoa
No Fuss Bob
I don't think the bob cut will ever go out of style. It just seems to keep evolving with the times! The latest bob trend is a natural air dried look with slight texture.

Bands are Back:
Ribbons, bands, and scarves are the hair accessory for Spring. Along with the return of the Scrunchie (the verdict is still out on that one).

I noticed relaxed, and even at times a bit unkempt looks (Believe it or not flyaways were another big trend for Spring) a resounding theme for 2018, and I must say I am excited about that! Not having to worry about our hair being perfect, with every strand in place is a relief. So embrace this year! It's going to be a good one!
